Site Survey

When an order has been placed or you are deciding what to have, we will arrange for a site survey, to be completed by a fitter or one of the survey team, it may be advisable to have the chimney swept and smoke tested at this time, before an order is placed with us to eliminate any problems, from the start, with the flue i.e. - does the chimney need opening up, new lintel, plastering to chimney breast, removal of old liner/back boiler, or does the chimney stack need a pot or cowling/bird guard, sometimes the gas feed to the existing fire is not correct for the new fire, you may need a new gas run from the main gas box, we try to find all this out on your survey. There will be a charge for the chimney sweep which is refunded in your order with us.
